By registering for a CPR Lifeline course, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the following policies.
Courses are subject to change prior to active registrations. Students are encouraged to register as early as possible to secure their preferred date and time.
While cancellations are rare, CPR Lifeline reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to equipment issues, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If CPR Lifeline cancels a course, students will be offered the option to reschedule for another available date or receive a 100% refund if they choose not to reschedule.
All students must register and pay for their course prior to the scheduled course date. Registration closes two (2) hours before the scheduled skills check. Walk-ins are not accepted under any circumstances.
Immediately after registration, students will receive a confirmation email containing their receipt and important course details. Students are responsible for reviewing this email in full prior to attending their course.
If a confirmation email is not received, students must contact info@cprlifeline.net prior to the scheduled course date to confirm enrollment.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In-person skills check fees are non-refundable unless a course is canceled by CPR Lifeline and the student elects not to reschedule.
Once an online American Heart Association HeartCode course has been assigned or accessed, it is non-refundable.
Blended-learning courses are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, failure to complete the online portion, lack of compatible devices
or software, internet connectivity issues, or system outages outside of CPR Lifeline’s control, including those related to the American Heart Association platform.
All skills check sessions begin promptly at the scheduled start time. Students must be present, checked in, and ready to begin at the scheduled time to participate.
Failure to arrive on time may result in forfeiture of the session without refund or reschedule, unless reschedule insurance has been purchased.
Students who do not attend their scheduled hands-on skills session (“no-shows”) will not receive a refund and will not be permitted to reschedule unless reschedule insurance was purchased at the time of registration.
Registration fees are non-refundable for no-shows under any circumstances.
Students are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled skills check session. CPR Lifeline cannot delay course start times to accommodate late arrivals. Students are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes early.
Students who arrive late may be denied entry and will be considered a no-show, without refund or reschedule, unless reschedule insurance was purchased.
Students must be physically capable of performing required skills, including kneeling, chest compressions, and rescue breathing. CPR Lifeline is not responsible if a student is unable to complete course requirements due to physical limitations, injury, pregnancy, or medical conditions.
No refunds or reschedules will be issued if a student is unable to complete skills due to physical inability.
American Heart Association course completion eCards will be issued within six (6) hours following successful completion of all course requirements.
All provider eCards are valid for two (2) years from the date of issue. CPR Lifeline is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect student information or technical issues within the American Heart Association eCard system.
Successful course completion does not guarantee certification. Certification is issued by the American Heart Association upon successful completion of all required components and compliance with AHA standards.
CPR Lifeline is not responsible for delays, reschedules, or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, public health emergencies, government restrictions, or facility closures.
By registering for a CPR Lifeline course, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all CPR Lifeline policies.
