This was a great course and it was very convenient for my schedule. I was able to complete my online training and test Friday night and then I completed my skills test Saturday morning in person. There is no instructor on site but the directions sent to my email were extremely clear and the entire process was so easy! Thank you so much!

The training was fun. It was stress free and if I didn't like my score nor feel like I got the hang of it even if I got a passing score I could do it again. I got confused when I got there because I didn't see the video from my email how to enter. Make sure you watch the video and read everything on the email.

Clean facility, easy to find, organized, excellent instructions, straight forward. Absolutely no complaints. I will definitely be getting my BLS renewed here again in 2 years.

Worst class Ever! The computer has you Continuously do compressions until Perfect. No breaks if you get tired and need one before resuming because then you Fail. It was like Hunger Games CPR. Do it until You need CPR Yourself or you pass Either will do according to the Computer.

This was my first time completing BLS for Healthcare Professionals with the coursework entirely online and the skills test independently on a mannequin. For someone with previous BLS experience, I thought it was a great format. The lessons were clear, the videos and algorithms helpful, and I appreciated being able to work at my own pace. Instructions for accessing the building and training room were excellent, including a YouTube video and email reminders. I also liked being able to practice the skills and repeat the test as needed, which took away some of the pressure. The only drawback to not having an instructor was missing out on coaching and tips to improve technique. At one point, I repeatedly received a “not deep enough” message during chest compressions and wasn't sure whether it was my technique or the mannequin. I eventually adjusted and got the correct response. A number was available for assistance, although I understood it to be more for technical issues. Overall, this was a convenient, well-organized way to renew BLS, especially for someone with previous experience.

Would recommend to anyone that needs to renew their BLS/CPR certification and wants to complete at their own pace. It was the quickest process I have ever been through, which worked for me! If you have questions or need someone present when taking the course, this might not be the best option for you. However, I would say it was a 10/10 experience and will most likely use this company again for the PALS certification.

This was my best experience in BLS renewal,was easy to get through the online course.Did my skills today ,the classroom is clean and neat.i had issues with one of the skills and I got a call from one of the organizers which helped me get through the skills pretty with ease and my ecard is already in my email the same day.i will definitely be back after 2 years for my renewal.
