For all subsequent shocks, use a dose of 4 J/kg or higher while ensuring you do not exceed 10 J/kg or the standard adult dose limit.
Resume CPR immediately and continue 2-minute cycles of high-quality compressions while reanalyzing the rhythm after each cycle. Throughout the resuscitation effort, you must actively search for and treat reversible causes by applying the H’s and T’s framework.
