CPR Lifeline is an American Heart Association (AHA) Training Cite providing fully AHA certified Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, ACLS classes. The ACLS class is intended for healthcare providers, medical professionals, and First Responders looking for specialized training to manage more complex cardiac emergencies. A certification in ACLS is mandatory for anyone working in the healthcare field who work in critical care settings, ICUs, or in emergency departments. A certification in ACLS ensures the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver advanced cardiac care.
HeartCode is the online component of the American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS blended learning programs designed to prepare students for hands-on practice and skills testing. The system uses an adaptive, personalized algorithm that guides each learner along the most efficient path to mastering the material.
Learners progress through a continuously adjusting pathway shaped by their own performance and their self-reported confidence levels in response to probing questions. Course material is delivered through self-directed modules, interactive questions, and Cognitive Assessment Activities (CAAs).
After completing the online portion, students demonstrate their skills using a HeartCode-compatible manikin, Voice Assisted Manikin (VAM), that provides real-time audio and visual feedback. To earn an official American Heart Association (AHA) BLS, ACLS, or PALS Provider eCard, which is valid for two years, students must successfully complete both the online course and the hands-on skills session.

The program continuously adjusts based on individual performance and self-reported confidence, creating a customized learning experience.
Once the online portion is complete, students participate in a structured, hands-on practice and skills testing session at one of our convenient locations. This hands-on skills session emphasizes meaningful skills practice, team dynamics, megacode scenarios, debriefings, and finally skills testing. The hands-on skills testing 30 minute session uses a HeartCode-compatible manikin, Voice Assisted Manikin (VAM), that provides real-time audio and visual feedback.
